Services
The Wright Reset provides tax preparation, credit consulting, identity recovery consulting, business consulting, and funding readiness guidance. Services are consultative in nature and are not a substitute for legal, investment, or accounting representation.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee tax refunds, credit score increases, deletions, funding approvals, loan approvals, mortgage approvals, or any specific financial outcome. Outcomes are influenced by third parties and each client’s unique circumstances.
Payments & Refunds
Fees are quoted in advance and are earned as services are performed. Refunds, when granted, are issued at the sole discretion of the firm and reflect only unperformed work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation. The firm relies on the information provided and is not liable for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wright Reset, its founders, and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or engagement of services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
